岗位名称：副项目发展经理 (点击申请）

Responsibilities

Support supervisor in driving, developing and implementing cross-functional flagship projects, covering remote channel development, , banking products & service launches, IT & system enhancement, and other retail banking infrastructure improvement

Lead and manage small scale remote channel development projects independently with other project stakeholders

Identify opportunities for the improvement of systems, procedures and services from customers' perspective

Conduct documentation, data collection and analysis, and progress monitoring to support project planning and implementation

Coordinate and participate in user acceptance tests

Prepare procedural manuals, guidelines, staff & customer communications

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or other related academic disciplines

Minimum working experience: 3 years, preferably in the financial services industry

Knowledgeable about banking products and operations

Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
