Position: Intern Student, SOE Team
Department: Institutional Banking Group (Corporate Banking)
Responsibilities
? Conduct company search, land search, valuation report and loan card e
nquiry for new established/ reviewed facilities
? Help RM collect loan documents/ security documents and other supporti
ng documents from customer and arrange facility disbursement
? Help customer to arrange drawdown/ rollover/ remittance and other tra
nsactions
? Prepare account opening documents, help RM to conduct Due Diligence o
n customer
? Handle customer enquiry
? Follow up past due loans to chase customers to settle overdue items
? Prepare documents for equipment mortgage registration
? Coordinate with solicitor to arrange documents for property mortgage
registration
? Help arrange insurance for mortgaged property/machinery
? Prepare various management report such as Sales Tracking Report, Cust
omer Limit Report, Facility coming due report, and Fees Register etc
Requirements
? Major in Banking, Finance or Accounting
? Fluent in English
? Colleague student with attendance of 4-5 days per week
? Team player
? Well organized and detail oriented
? Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
