Operations Clerk 营运部文员职位描述：
Position: Operations Clerk

Report to: Operations Officer

Job Summary:
To assist the Operation Officer in managing, controlling and implementing operations

Responsibilities:
? To carry out Operations policies and procedures
? To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements associated with operations
? To perform the operations and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure that all operations transactions are properly and efficiently handled
? To prepare and submit the regulatory / statistics reports
? To assist in the achievement of Divisional Objectives as defined by the Operations Officer
? To take up ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the Operations Officer

Job Specifications:
Technical Knowledge
? Bachelor degree in Finance, Business ,Law or related field
? Good knowledge in workflow technology and system environment is an advantage

Skills
? Details oriented with strong analytical and thinking skills
? Good PC skills
? Good Chinese and English in particular good written and verbal communication skills
? Level CET 6 or above
