Key Accountabilities & approximate time split (%)

 Plan for the daily test case execution for the tasks assigned

Analytical & Strategy Support (80%)
 Execute test cases, log the issues and verify the fixes
 Setup testing bed for execution

Partnership (10%)
 Work with Dev team to reproduce the defect and resolve
 Participate in defect analysis

Person Specification
(Personal attributes essential to performing role: e.g. skills, competencies, expertise, knowledge, experience. Note: experience not to be time-bound)  Good understanding of basic testing disciplines (i.e. Unit, SIT, UAT, Defect Flow, etc)
 Objective, rational and multidisciplinary thinking, with a strong motivation to extend knowledge to related disciplines
 Good communication and writing skills
 Good English skill
 Good analytical and process reengineering skills
