　　FI Specialist - 数字化转型专员

　　工作职责：

　　负责投行债券业务的数字化转型；

　　挖掘投行债券业务中的数字化需求，寻找提高业务管理及项目执行效率的具体解决方案；负责与IT 部门及供应商合作，开发客户维护、团队管理、标准化作业、数据收集分析等各类系统；与中金其他部门对接，协助公司层面的系统开发建设。

　　- Perform digital transformation for Fixed Income Business Unit within the Investment

BankingDepartment- Analyze the potential digitalization demand in the Bond Underwriting business;

developcorresponding solutions to improve the efficiency of business management

and project execution- Coordinate with IT department external suppliers, e.g. develop systems

for client management,internal team management, standardized business operation,

data collection and analysis, etc.

　　- Cooperate with other departments within CICC to develop firm-level online system

任职资格：

　　全日制本科以上学历，金融工程、计算机、数理统计等理工科专业优先；数据分析能力强，能熟练运用SQL/R/Python 等数据管理及分析工具；具有金融行业基础知识，能够快速理解投行业务；具有一定的项目管理经验；正直诚信，积极主动，善于团队沟通合作。

　　- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Financial Engineering, Computer Science,

Statistics orother related majors- Proficient with data analysis,

ability to use data analysis tools including SQL/R/Python- Familiarity with fundamental finance related knowledge,

able to understand the Investmentbanking business quickly- Experience of project management

　　- Integrity, self-motivated and a good team player
